Hoarfrost gives you on demand Font of Might and plenty of ability regen through stasis shards. I ran an Agers build for King's Fall one time and was topping DPS without even touching my heavy. Ashen wake/hallowfire heart works on all sunbreaker subclasses. Doomfang pauldron works on all sentinel subclasses. Skullfort is most known on top tree striker however it does work with all arc subclasses. Neutral exotic can be armentarium, lion rampant and dunemarch.
